After-School Program Grades 6-8

Roads to Success (RTS) formerly known as Oasis Community Corporation was formed to provide on-site, integrated academic and recreational after-school and summer programs for schools, communities and agencies. Founder Adam Weiss had been a leader in developing and delivering similar educational programs in the not-for-profit, public, and private sectors, and had created Oasis to take advantage of the rapidly growing demand for these services.

For schools, communities and agencies faced with the challenge of providing meaningful after-school and summer experiences for children, Oasis designed and delivered customized programs that transformed schools or public spaces into vibrant community resources for children and families. Integrating academics with arts and recreation, Oasis provided after-school and summer programming ranging from remedial academics to challenging enrichment programs.
